Kobe Bryant

I am in complete shock. This is unbelievable. Kobe Bryant has died. I wasn’t even a huge fan, but all I can think about are his wife and his CHILDREN. He was only 4 years older than me. Since my grandmother passed, I always say our time on this earth is so short. You don’t have the time you think you do. Hug your loved ones, tell them you love them. Do everything you want to do. I can’t even process this. Wow. Rest in Power, Kobe Bryant. #BlackMamba

EDIT: Just realized Gianna Bryant, Kobe and Vanessa’s DAUGHTER also died in the crash. My God. If you pray, please pray for Vanessa and the rest of their children.

My condolences and prayers also go out to the families of the other people who perished in the crash.

2.2.20 EDIT: Over the last week, I’ve watched countless people cry about the sudden deaths of Kobe and Gianna Bryant and the seven other people on that helicopter. I’ve watched many of these people apologize for crying. Since my grandmother died, I’ve been saying how harmful and unacceptable it is that we live in a society where human beings are so disconnected, people feel the need to apologize for publicly griefing. Even if they’re grieving the loss of nine young lives. It’s on all of us to change this and I know we can do it.
